Mary Elizabeth Carter was born on 22 August 1850, daughter of John T. Carter and Phoebe Ann Turner, in Tennessee.^1,3

Mary Elizabeth Carter died of illiocolitis with a contributary cause of senile psychosis on 11 July 1922 at age 71 in Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee. Although her death certificate stated she was buried 12 Jul 1922 in Gallatin, I could find no burial record in Sumner County, Tennessee for her.³

     Phoebe Ann Carter was born on 27 May 1859, daughter of John T. Carter and Phoebe Ann Turner.¹

     Phoebe Ann Carter died on 7 July 1860 at age 1 in Sumner County,¹ and was buried in Turner 1-55 Cemetery, Sumner County, Tennessee.
     As of 23 Nov 2018, this cemetery is not entered into the Find A Grave site. I've made repeated attempts to add this cemetery and all its graves, but have given up.

:TAB:]The cemetery is called the Turner Cemetery and is located 2 and 3/10 miles east of Highway 31W on Clearview Road. The cemetery is about 100 feet south of the road on the former Mitchell Moore property. Buried in the same cemetery are Richard Moore 12 Nov 1890 - Jul 7 1914 and Johnetter Mitchel, daughter of Major W. & Catharine Mitchel 23 Jan 1849 - 27 Jun 1870.^1,2

     William H. Carter was born circa 1811, son of William F. Carter and Jane C. Howard, in Albemarle County, Virginia.^3,4

     William and Jane R. Turner obtained a marriage bond on 15 November 1830 in Nelson County, Virginia.^5,6,7

     William H. Carter married Jane R. Turner, daughter of Francis W. Spencer Turner and Mary E. Harris, on 17 November 1830 at Nelson County, Virginia, with Edward L. Warren officiating at the ceremony.^1,8

     On 10 June 1841, Francis W. S. Turner's will, he names his "beloved wife Mary E. Turner; his daughter Jane R. Carter, wife of William H. Carter; son, William A. Turner; son, Joseph H. Turner; and son, Francis S. Turner. His friend, N. F. Cabell, was named Trustee for daughter, Sarah F. Cu(unreadable. but Curd), and children. Executors were William A. Turner, Francis S. Turner and Joseph H. Turner. H. B. Scott, Samuel Scott and Isham T. Smith were witnesses.⁹

     William H. Carter died of Liver Disease on 28 January 1877 in Nelson County, Virginia. The informant was his son, Otho W. Carter.²

     William Mallory Carter was born on 29 October 1799, son of Joseph W. Carter and Ann (--?--), in Sumner County, Tennessee.^1,5,6,7
     He was also known as William Nelson.⁸

     He was the brother of Elizabeth Carter who was the first wife of Enoch Simpson (who later married Martha Johnson Turner, widow of James H. Turner.)⁴

     William Mallory Carter married Eliza Turner, daughter of John (L) Turner and Elizabeth Bailey, before 18 May 1835.⁹

     On 18 May 1835, he was named one of the two executors of his father-in-law, John Turner's, will of this date.¹⁰

     William Mallory Carter died on 26 November 1856 at age 57^5,1 and was buried in 10-31, Carter Cemetery, Sumner County, Tennessee.
     There is no burial listing for him in any of the Carter Cemeteries in Sumner County, Tennessee on Find A Grave as of 21 Sep 2019.¹

     William Nelson Carter was born on 11 July 1838, son of William Mallory Carter and Eliza Turner, in Sumner County, Tennessee.^1,2

     William Nelson Carter, 27, married Bettie Franklin on 6 December 1865 in Sumner County, Tennessee. They had at least two daughters who are buried with them in the family plot: Estelle Carter Wise (and her husband, Lee T. Wise) and Callie P. Cothron.^3,4,5

     William Nelson Carter was a Farmer and Trader prior to his death.⁶

     William Nelson Carter died on 26 November 1921 at age 83 in Gallatin, from cardio vascular renal disease,¹ and was buried on 28 November 1921 in Gallatin City Cemetery, Gallatin, Sumner County, Tennessee.^1,7

     Catherine H. Robinson died of carcinoma of the right breast on 12 October 1916 at age 58¹ and was buried in Greenwood Cemetery, Clarksville, Pike County, Missouri.¹

     Edward B. Carver, 26, married Eula Lee Atkinson on 22 March 1888 in Clay County, Texas.³

     Edward B. Carver was a Cattleman prior to his death.¹

     Edward B. Carver died of carcinoma of the neck on 29 April 1918 at age 56 in Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas,¹ and was buried in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas.^1,4
