     Wiley, 20, married Lillian Virginia Turner, 19, daughter of Charles Ellis Turner and Montana Ording Moore, on 23 May 1925 in Surry County, North Carolina.²

     They had four sons: Aldean Turner, born 1925; Charles Edward, born 1928; Billy Arthur (1931-1992); and Franklin Delano (1933-2004.)²

     Wiley Arthur Newman died on 10 April 1961 at age 55 in Alameda County, California,² and was buried in Union Hill Friends Church Cemetery, Red Brush, Surry County, North Carolina.²

     William Daniel Newman was born on 28 December 1846, son of Austin Newman and Lucretia Mabry, in Virginia.^5,6

     William Daniel Newman, 19, married Rhoda C. Moss, 18, daughter of Howell Richard Moss and Dionitia Tempe Davis, on 19 December 1866 in Warren County, North Carolina. According to the minister's return.³

     They were the parents of thirteen children.⁷

     On 9 January 1889, he is named in his father's will of this date.¹

     William Daniel Newman died on 6 August 1921 at age 74 in Henderson, Vance County, North Carolina,² and was buried in Elmwood Cemetery, Henderson, Vance County, North Carolina.²

     William Benjamin Newton was born on 5 June 1868 in Kentucky. He was the son of Joseph C. (G.) Newton (1828-1891) and Martha S. Blanks Newton (1834-?)^2,4

     William married Nora A. Turner, daughter of Daniel J. Turner and Mary Ann Reeves, circa 1896.^2,1

     William Benjamin Newton died on 29 March 1923 at age 54⁵ and was buried in Wickliffe Cemetery, Wickliffe, Ballard County, Kentucky.⁵

     Could this be the Susanna Nicholls, baptized 17 Jan 1641 at St Dunstan and All Saints, Stepney, Tower Hamlets, Middlesex, England? If so, her parents were John and Anne Nicholls.³

     Susannah Nicholas married Thomas Burton on 13 November 1661 in Middlesex, England.^1,2

     Elizabeth Nichols was born in Ohio. She was the daughter of Benjamin Nichols Sr. of Batavia, Ohio.²

     On 13 September 1949, She first married John F. Hynes at Florida.^2,3

     In June 1957, Elizabeth divorced John F. Hynes at Pinellas County, Florida.⁴

     Elizabeth Hynes married Terry Marvin Turner, 48, son of Marvin Thompson Turner and Nelle Edell Harris, on 2 January 1958. I cannot find a marrige record as of 4 Jul 2021.^1,2

     Elizabeth Nichols was born circa 1824 in Madison County, Tennessee. She was the daughter of George Washington Nichols (1795-1851) and Mary Ann Walker Nichols (1798-1838.)²

     Elizabeth Nichols married John Newton Sowell, son of John Sowell and Rachel Carpenter, on 15 April 1840 in Guadalupe County, Texas.²

     Elizabeth Sowell died in 1855 in Seguin, Guadalupe County, Texas,² and was buried in San Geronimo Cemetery, Seguin, Guadalupe County, Texas.²

     Milford Riley Nichols was born on 9 February 1851 in Seguin, Guadalupe County, Texas.²

     Milford Riley Nichols and Isabel Graham Sowell obtained a marriage license on 14 November 1876 in Guadalupe County, Texas.¹

     Nancy Turner died before 25 December 1851 when her husband remarried, but probably before 20 Sep 1850 when her 5-year old son was enumerated with his grandfather.³

     Benjamin Nicholson was born circa 1788 in North Carolina.²

     Benjamin Nicholson and Martha Pegram obtained a marriage bond on 17 March 1812 in Warren County, North Carolina.³

     Charles A. Nicholson was born in June 1871 in Michigan.^4,5

     Joshua Bonaparate Nicholson was born on 23 April 1854 in Texas.²

     Mary Nicholson was born circa 1879, daughter of Joshua Bonaparate Nicholson and Martha Allen Sowell, in Texas.¹

     Nathaniel Nicholson was born circa 1819, son of Benjamin Nicholson and Martha Pegram.³

     Nathaniel Nicholson married Elizabeth P. Turner, 46, daughter of Stephen Henley Turner and Susan A. T. Read, on 24 October 1881 in Nutbush, Warren County, North Carolina.^1,2

     Nathaniel Nicholson died before 1897.

     Eleanore Fayette Nicolaus was born on 26 February 1856 in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of Samuel (?-1898) and Christina Klein Nicolaus.²

     Eleanore, 18, married Lemuel Van Trump Turner, 25, son of Van Trump Turner and Julia Artense Black, on 13 December 1874 in Marion County, Illinois.³

     Eleanore Fayette Turner died on 24 December 1941 at age 85 in Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio,² and was buried in East Lawn Cemetery, Salem, Lehigh County, Illinois.²

     Jane Amanda Nisbet was born in 1816.²

     Jane Amanda married Benjamin Franklin Petty, son of William Eli Petty and Lucretia Wright, in 1852 at Iredell County, North Carolina. I absolutely cannot find a marriage record for them as of 23 Nov 2020 in Iredell County despite going through images not indexed or anywhere else in North Carolina on Ancestry or FamilySearch.^1,3,4,2

     Jane Amanda Petty died in 1859.

     Nancy Noel was born on 20 May 1837.¹

     Nancy Noel, 16, married Reuben Ross Rives, 24, son of Stephen Turner Rives and Sophia Meeks Cannon, on 15 September 1853 in Graves County, Kentucky.^1,2

     Nancy Rives died on 1 March 1901 at age 63¹ and was buried in Liberty Cemetery, Folsomdale, Graves County, Kentucky. Her name is on the headstone with her husband.¹

     Willis Winston Noel was born circa 1841 in Virginia.²

     He performed his Military Service by enlisting as a Private on 1 Dec 1861 in Company D, 9th Infantry, Union Army and serving until discharged on 4 Dec 1864.³

     Willis Winston Noel married Margaret Anna Bias, 14, daughter of Roland S. Bias and Sarah Ann Turner, on 30 December 1864 in West Virginia.^1,4

     Willis Winston Noel died in January 1918 in Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia.³

     His estate was probated on 18 February 1918 in Cabell County, West Virginia, This probate record names his ten children and their residences. His won, William Noel, Jr. was the administrator of his father's estate.⁵

     Livingston P. Noell was born circa 1806 in Virginia.²
     His surname also is spelled as Nowell.²

     Livingston P. Noell married Louisa Thornton, daughter of Rowland Thornton and Elizabeth Turner.¹

     In February 1840, there was a suit in Chancery between Greenberry Thornton and Livingston P. Noell (husband of Louisa), wherein Greenberry agreed to buy a piece of land in Pittsylvania County, Virginia.³

     Cornelia K. Norfleet was born on 30 July 1847 in Copeland, Bath County, Virginia.²

     Cornelia K. Norfleet married Edwin S. Rawles.¹

     Cornelia K. Rawles died on 30 July 1918 at age 71 in Suffolk,² and was buried at Liberty Spring Christian Church Cemetery, Suffollk, Virginia.²

     Lula Houston North was born circa 1870 in Nelson County, Virginia. She was the daughter of C. H. and Eliza J. North.¹

     Lula and Montellus Turner obtained a marriage license on 13 November 1897 in Amherst County, Virginia.¹

     Lula Houston North married Hiram Montellus Turner, son of Lewis Emmitt Turner and Julia Askew Turner, on 15 December 1897 in Amherst County, Virginia. He is said to be 33 years of age; she, 27.¹

     Elizabeth Northam was born on 22 September 1821 in Simpson County, Kentucky.¹

     Elizabeth Northam, 32, married Benjamin Franklin Johnson, 24, son of Benjamin J. Johnson and Rebecca Turner, on 24 March 1854 in Simpson County, Kentucky. They had three children.¹

     Elizabeth Johnson died on 20 March 1902 at age 80¹ and was buried in Maple Hill Cemetery, Portland, Sumner County, Tennessee.¹

     Phebe Jane Northam was born on 23 April 1833. She was the daughter of Eli Northam and Mary McDowell.²

     Phebe Jane Northam, 22, married Benjamin J. Johnson, son of Richard Johnson and Lucy Hunter, on 7 October 1855 in Sumner County, Tennessee.^3,4

     On 10 March 1868, In his will, Benjamin Johnson names his wife Phebe Jane (thereby eliminating the marriage to Elizabeth!); his eight children: A. N. Johnson; Wm Johnson; J. M. Johnson; Mary Bradley; Franklin Johnson; Susan Garrison; John Johnson; and S. J. Johnson. He named J. C. Buntin executor.⁴

     They had five children, but only four survived and left issue as proven by her estate settlement of 1907.⁵

     Phebe Jane Johnson died on 16 January 1907 at age 73 in Sumner County, Tennessee,² and was buried in Maple Hill Cemetery, Portland, Sumner County, Tennessee.²

     On 7 April 1907, "I, Harris Brown Clerk of the County Court of said county have this day had a final settlelment with D. B. Johnson Adm. of Mrs. P.J. Johnson dec'd and find him in account as follows

     Hiram Winn Northington was born on 30 January 1887 in Ballard County, Kentucky. He was the son of Norfleet Carnie Northington (1845-1929) and Nannie L Winn Northington (1853-1940.)^2,3

     Hiram and Lottie L. Turner obtained a marriage bond on 25 November 1911 in Ballard County, Kentucky.¹

     Hiram Winn Northington, 24, married Lottie L. Turner, 15, daughter of James Crow Turner and Ida M. Sellars, on 26 November 1911 in Ogden, Ballard County, Kentucky.¹

     Hiram Winn Northington died on 6 April 1975 at age 88 in Lakeland, Polk County, Florida,^2,3 and was buried in Mount Pleasant Church Cemetery, La Center, Ballard County, Kentucky.³

     His obituary reads:
     "LA CENTER, Ky., April 8 - Hiram Northington, 88, a native of Ballard County, died at 5:30 a.m. Sunday at his home in Lakeland, Fla.

     Services will be conducted at Jones Funeral Home here at 2 p.m. Thursday by the Rev. David Gray. Burial will follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.

     Mr. Northington, a retired carpenter, had resided in Florida over 30 years. He was a member of Southside Baptist Church in Lakeland and was a member of North Ballard Masonic Lodge No. 537 F & AM.

     He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lottie Northington of Lakeland, a son, Dr. Louis Northington of Sedalia Rt. 1; a daughter, Mrs. William Harrison of La Center; a brother, Dick Northington of Bandana; a sister, Mrs. Aggie Penn of Ocala, Fla; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

     Robert Edward Turner's obituary states he was a retired construction worker and the son of Eddie Lee Turner and Maria Northington Turner. He was survived by his wife, Modelle W. Turner, a daughter, Mrs. Shearin T. Hopkins, Wickliffe; three sons, Robert E. turner II, South Glastonbury, Conn; John Stephen Turner, La Center; and Thomas Early Turner, Kevil; as well as two sisters, Mrs. Martha T. Lamb, Greenwood, Miss; and Mrs. Lucy Tom Arkins, La Center. He was a member of the Wickliffe United Methodist Church, the Grand Lodge of Kentucky, the Masonic Lodge, Eastern Start and Paducah Local of the Ironworkers Union.⁴

     Elias B. Norton was born in 1820.²

     He married Mary Ann McConnell (1818-1868) and Clara S. Williams (1846-1870).²

     Elias B. Norton married Archella Turner, daughter of John F. Turner and Sarah A. Tryall, on 16 March 1871 in Pike County, Missouri.³

     Elias B. Norton died on 29 October 1892² and was buried in Troy City Cemetery, Troy, Lincoln County, Missouri.²

     Frank Turner Norvell was born on 23 January 1872, son of John Marion Norvell and Susan E. Turner, in Virginia.^1,2

     Frank Turner Norvell died of Cirrohosis of the Liver with a contributing cause of Stomach Hemorrhage on 10 July 1924 at age 52 in Richmond, Henrico County, Virginia,² and was buried in Riverview Cemetery, Richmond, (Independent City), Virginia.³

     Harriet McG. Norvell was born in October 1879, daughter of John Marion Norvell and Susan E. Turner, in Virginia.¹

     On 13 February 1909, she married Jacob Luther Moon Jr (1876-1950) with Alex Allen, Minister officiating at Alameda County, California.^2,3

     Harriet McG. Moon died on 6 March 1944 at age 64 in Richmond, (Independent City), Virginia,² and was buried in Riverview Cemetery, Richmond, (Independent City), Virginia.^2,4

     John Marion Norvell was born circa 1830 in Virginia.³

     John married Susan E. Turner, daughter of Francis S. Turner and Barbara F. Smith. I cannot find a marriage record for them as of 3 Apr 2021. Marriage records for Buckingham County were destroyed and I cannot find them in Fluvanna County.¹

     John Marion Norvell died on 13 May 1895² and was buried in Riverview Cemetery, Richmond, (Independent City), Virginia.²
