     Marion Lee Norvell died of Cardiac Dilation with a contributory factor of Chronic Nephritis on 25 June 1922 at age 59 in Richmond, (Independent City), Virginia,⁴ and was buried in Riverview Cemetery, Richmond, (Independent City), Virginia.⁴

     Robert Marcus Norvell was born in March 1869, son of John Marion Norvell and Susan E. Turner, in Virginia.^3,4

     He married Ida May Stark (1874-1939.)⁵

     On 7 March 1944, Harriet Norvell Moon's obituary names her husband; parents: John Marion Norvell and Susan Turner Norvell; and her brother, Robert Norvell of Red Bluff, California.⁶

     Robert Marcus Norvell died on 2 February 1951 at age 81 in Tehama County, California,⁵ and was buried in Oak Hill Cemetery, Red Bluff, Tehama County, California.⁵

     Charles L. Nunnally was born in March 1862 in Virginia.²

     Charles L. Nunnally, 21, married Sallie C. Green, daughter of Robert C. Green and Winneyfred P. Rowland, on 25 April 1883 in Henderson County, Kentucky.¹

     I cannot find any death or burial information for him as of 10 Oct 2019.

     Martha Ann O'Neal was born on 15 December 1829 in Tennessee.^2,3,1,4,5

     Martha Ann, 14, married Edwin N. Swinburne, 31, on 12 November 1844 at White County, Illinois. He is listed on the form as Edwin N. Swinburn and she, as Martha Ann ONeil.^6,7

     Martha Ann Swinburne died on 18 December 1899 at age 70 in Mexia, Limestone County, Texas,^1,2,8 and was buried in Mexia City Cemetery, Mexia, Limestone County, Texas.           Her mortuary notice states she died at her home in Mexia on this date. She is described as about 70 years old and had lived in this section for many years.^1,2,9

     Isaac Oakes married Frances Thornton, daughter of Presley Thornton, on 10 November 1796 in Pittsylvania County, Virginia, with Clement Nance, Minister of the Gospel, officiating.^1,4,5

     William Wilson, Committee for Mary Thornton (the widow of Presley), paid for her board and upkeep to Charles T. Oakes (could he be a son of Isaac and Frances), Moses Thornton, and William Wilson.²

     I am unable to find Isaac Oakes in the 1800 or 1810 census enumerations in Virginia or adjoining states. There is an Isaac Oaks in 1820 census in William County, Tennesse; one Isaac Oakes in 1830 in Guilford County, North Carolina; and another in Grainger County, Tennessee. There is an illie Okes in 1830 in Rutherford County, Tennessee. There is no way to tell if any of these men are this Isaac Oakes. I could not find either him or Frances in 1850 so am at a dead end for now as of 17 Jan 2021.

     Mary Oakes was born between 1776 and 1794.²

     Mary Oakes married Zachariah Thornton, son of Presley Thornton, on 6 January 1795 in Pittsylvania County, Virginia, with Clement Nance, Minister of the Gospel, officiating.^1,3

     Pearl Odale was born in March 1863 in Missouri.²

     Pearl Odale and Charles E. Carver obtained a marriage license on 20 July 1887 in Calumet, Pike County, Missouri.¹

     I am unable to find a marriage record for her after Charles Carver's death as of 6 Jan 20221.

     Martha Odonley was born on 15 October 1838.¹

     Martha Odonley, 16, married James Henry Buchanan, 16, son of James C. Buchanan and Martha T. Mabry, on 30 November 1854 in Christian County, Kentucky.²

     Martha Buchanan died on 16 March 1917 at age 78¹ and was buried in Bethel Cumberland Presbyterian Cemetery, Kevil, Ballard County, Kentucky.¹

     Lucy Rose Ogden was born in 1845, daughter of William H. Ogden and Susan M. Bourne, in Amherst County, Virginia.¹

     Lucy and Stephen H. Turner obtained a marriage license on 21 January 1867 in Amherst County, Virginia.⁵

     Lucy Rose Ogden married Stephen H. Turner, 23, son of Samuel J. Turner and Frances A. Hutcheson, on 22 January 1867 in Amherst County, Virginia.^1,5

     Lucy Rose Turner died during Childbirth on 15 December 1883 in Court House District, Amherst County, Virginia,^3,4 and was buried in Amherst Cemetery, Amherst, Amherst County, Virginia.⁶

     William H. Ogden was born circa 1817 in Virginia.³

     William H. Ogden married Susan M. Bourne on 14 November 1842 in Nelson County, Virginia.⁴

     Edward S. Oldham was born on 6 November 1857 in Virginia. He was the son of Mont Calvin Oldham and Margaret Harrison.²

     Edward, 28, married Sarah F. Turner, 23, daughter of Lewis Emmitt Turner and Julia Askew Turner, on 9 September 1886 in Temperanceville, Accomack County, Virginia.¹

     Edward S. Oldham died of Uremia on 19 November 1929 at age 72 in Temperanceville, Accomack County, Virginia,² and was buried in John W. Taylor Cemetery, Temperanceville, Accomack County, Virginia.^2,3

     Nellie B. Oldham was born on 17 September 1881, daughter of P. Knox Oldham and Nellie B. Rives, in Kentucky.^1,3

     Nellie B. Oldham, 19, married Daniel Carter, 20, on 20 July 1901 in Stewart County, Tennessee.⁴

     On 13 September 1905, P. K. Oldham's will of this date names his wife, Nellie B. Oldham and his three children: Leslie Oldham, Susie Mitchell and Nellie Carter.⁵

     Nellie B. Carter died on 23 October 1962 at age 81 in Hopkinsville, Christian County, Kentucky,² and was buried in Riverside Cemetery, Hopkinsville, Christian County, Kentucky.^2,6

     P. Knox Oldham was born in February 1855 in Kentucky.³

     P. Knox Oldham, 20, married Nellie B. Rives, 18, daughter of Richard Bullard Rives and Lucy Ann Rodway, on 14 October 1875 in Montgomery County, Tennessee.^1,2

     P. Knox Oldham left a will dated on 13 September 1905 in Christian County, Kentucky. P. K. Oldham's will of this date names his wife, Nellie B. Oldham and his three children: Leslie Oldham, Susie Mitchell and Nellie Carter.⁴

     P. Knox Oldham died before 2 October 1905 in Christian County, Kentucky.
     I am unable to find a memorial page for him on Find a Grave as of 6 Jan 2021.⁴

     His estate was probated on 2 October 1905 in Christian County, Kentucky.⁴

     Louise Olin was born circa 1898 in Red Lake Falls, Red Lake County, Minnesota. She was the daughter of Henry Olin and Susie Busch.¹

     Louise married Reynolds Turner, 30, son of John Calhoun Turner and Martha Lee Givens, on 13 November 1915 in Toole County, Montana. Her mother gave consent to their marriage.¹

     In 1953, she married Robert Thornton. I suspect this is the Robert R. Thornton (1888-1978) who was buried in Valley View Cemetery, Shelby, Toole County, Montana.^2,3

     Louise Thornton died on 13 October 1990² and was buried in Mountain View Cemetery, Shelby, Toole County, Montana.⁴

     Altie M. Oliver was born circa 1900, daughter of William Travis Oliver and Minnie Frances Sharer, in Kentucky.¹

     Jennie R. Oliver was born circa 1897, daughter of William Travis Oliver and Minnie Frances Sharer, in Kentucky.¹

     John W. Oliver was born circa 1836 in Virginia.³

     John married Rebecca Jane Turner, 19, daughter of William Turner and Judith Chick, on 9 January 1868 in Butler County, Kentucky.^4,5,1

     Kate Eugenia Oliver was born on 14 December 1874 in Obion County, Tennessee. She was the daughter of Allen Henry Oliver (1843-1915) and Louisa A. Chambers (1849-1930).²

     Kate Eugenia Oliver and James F. Rives obtained a marriage bond on 18 February 1892 in Obion County, Tennessee, with T. S. Cloyes as bondsman.³

     Kate Eugenia Oliver, 17, married James F. Rives, 30, son of Robert Clay Rives and Rebecca Ann Cox, on 18 February 1892 in Obion County, Tennessee, with R. A. Beauchamp, Minister of the Gospel officiating.^1,3,4

     Kate Eugenia Rives died on 14 October 1967 at age 92 in Union City, Obion County, Tennessee,² and was buried in Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery, Fulton, Fulton County, Kentucky.²

     Mary Ann Oliver was born in April 1879 in Kentucky.¹

     Mary married William Scott Turner, son of William Turner and Judith Chick. I cannot find a marriage for them anywhere in the United States as of 7 Feb 2021.¹

     Mary Ann Turner died on 24 March 1903 at age 23^3,4 and was buried in Orange Cemetery, Davis Crossroads, Butler County, Kentucky.⁴

     Ray B. Oliver was born circa 1904, son of William Travis Oliver and Minnie Frances Sharer, in Kentucky.¹

     Stephen A. Oliver was born on 8 September 1868, son of John W. Oliver and Rebecca Jane Turner, in Kentucky.^3,4

     Stephen A. Oliver died on 4 June 1949 at age 80 in Kingsville, Johnson County, Missouri,⁴ and was buried in Oak Grove Cemetery, Oak Grove, Jackson County, Missouri.⁴

     Susan Ann Oliver was born on 22 September 1878, daughter of John W. Oliver and Rebecca Jane Turner, in Butler County, Kentucky.^1,2,3,4

     Susan Ann Oliver, 13, married Lovic Osgood Cohron, 20, on 12 November 1891 in Butler County, Kentucky.⁵

     Susan Ann Cohron died on 7 June 1957 at age 78 in Bowling Green, Warren County, Kentucky,^2,4 and was buried in Ebenezer Cemetery, Sharer, Butler County, Kentucky.⁴

     William Travis Oliver was born on 28 June 1872, son of John W. Oliver and Rebecca Jane Turner, in Butler County, Kentucky.^1,3

     William and Minnie Frances Sharer obtained a marriage bond on 27 September 1891 in Sumner County, Tennessee.^2,4

     William Travis Oliver died on 3 July 1939 at age 67 in Bowling Green, Warren County, Kentucky,² and was buried in Orange Cemetery, Davis Crossroads, Butler County, Kentucky.³

     Ann Marie Omohundro was born on 7 December 1830, daughter of Ellis Putney Omohundro and Mary Dillon Turner, in Campbell County, Virginia.^1,5,6
     She was also known as Ann Mariah.⁷

     Ann Marie and Samuel Hopkins Turner obtained a marriage bond on 12 February 1850 in Amherst County, Virginia, with Ellis B. Omohundro as security and Wm. Kent, and T. T. Omohundro as witnesses.^3,4
     The Marriage Return was received by the court in Amherst County, Virginia, on 12 February 1850.⁸

     On 14 February 1871, Ann Marie Turner attempted to file a pension claim for her husband's service during the War of 1812, but had no documented proof. Unfortunately, he could not remember his unit. Her attorney sent a follow up letter on 8 Aug 1871 in an attempt to get her the pension.

     The pension claim was rejected 27 Sep 1872.⁹

     On 12 December 1890, William Turner was cited for non-payment of $35.25; protest fee $2.50 for a total of $37.29. Additional charges we made on 28 Jan 1893 by Samuel Steptoe Turner acting in the interest of his mother, Ann Marie. A check from Turner & Claiborne Bros. for $35.25 was refused for lack of funds.¹⁰

     On 22 September 1893, Ann Marie's attorney explained that the amount due the plaintiff is just and unpaid with a total amount of about $200 which the plaintiff ought to recover from the defendant who is not a resident of the Commonwealth, but who has estate in the Commonwealth.¹¹

     On 25 September 1893, the Grayson Gazette began publishing a notice about the lawsuit against W. H. Turner once a week for four successive weeks commencing 27 Sep 1893 and ending 18th day of Oct, 1893.¹²

     On 1 October 1893, William Henry Turner was ordered to appear at the clerk's Office of the Carroll County, Virginia Circuit Court to answer a bill in chancery against him by A. M. Turner, Executrix of S. H. Turner deceased. The Sheriff was ordered to attach any estate of the defendant real or person in Carroll County to answer the future order of the Court.¹³

     Ann Marie Turner left a will dated on 24 September 1897 in Carroll County, Virginia. In her will she left her daughter, E. R. Duncan, all of her household and kitchen furniture to go back to her brothers and sisters if she has any of it at her death. Mary F. Lindsey was to have a milk cow. After the purchase of a tombstone for her husband and herself. If anything is left over, she wanted it divided beetween her other five children. She appointed her daughter, Lillian A. Bolen as sole executor.

     On 27 November 1897, the pending lawsuit was vacated at Carroll County, Virginia.¹⁴

     On 21 January 1898, Anne Marie Turner, as executor of her husband's estate, filed suit against her son over non-payment of three bonds, each in the amount of $50, over land sold him in 1887. The first bond was due and payable on 1 Sep 1889 and the other two on 1 Sep 1890. Although remaining unpaid, the the first is subject to a credit of $9.00 as of 1 Apr 1891 and $12.72 as of 1 Jan 1893. In addition, her son owed $35.25 in interest paid out of the assets of S H Turner for the use of W. H. turner over a check drawn by Turner & Claiborne in favor of N. S. Moore which is also overdue.

     She further explained that W. H. Turner was not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia but did own property, namely the property in question of about 75 acres on the waters of Stone Mountain Creek in Carroll County.¹⁵

     Ann Marie Turner died on 21 April 1898 at age 67 in Carroll County, Virginia,^1,6 and was buried in Turner-Duncan Cemetery, Laurel Fork, Carroll County, Virginia.^1,6

     Her estate was probated on 18 July 1898 in Carroll County, Virginia. After her death, 75 acres passed to E. R. Duncan and E. M. Turner.⁷

     Anna May Omohundro was born in September 1879, daughter of Thomas Allen Omohundro and Lucilla Jane Givens, in Pike County, Missouri.^1,2

     Anna May Omohundro married William D. Lee. I cannot find a marriage record as of 25 Dec 2016.¹

     Anna May Lee died in 1965 in Audrain County, Missouri,¹ and was buried in Elmwood Cemetery, Mexico, Audrain County, Missouri.¹

     Annie Estelle Omohundro was born in August 1885, daughter of John Baxter Omohundro and Mary Hardwicke, in Virginia.¹
     She also is reported to have been born on 20 August 1880.²

     Annie Estelle Omohundro, 18, married Ollie Thomas Provine, 20, on 10 June 1904 in Grayson County, Texas.^2,3

     Annie Estelle Provine died on 5 June 1905 at age 19⁴ and was buried in Oak Wood Cemetery, Whitesboro, Grayson County, Texas.²

     Blanch M. Omohundro was born in July 1881, daughter of John Baxter Omohundro and Mary Hardwicke, in Virginia.¹
