Adeline Harper was born on 19 March 1834 in Sumner County, Tennessee.2,1

I suspect she was the daughter of Jesse Harper who was enumerated in the 1850 census as being 52 years of age and born in South Carolina, along with his presumed wife, Sarah, age 45, born in Tennessee. Four or five potential sisters were also enumerated.3 Adeline's surname also is spelled as Harker but I believe this is a mistake in transcription.4,5

Addie E. Turner was born in December 1859, daughter of James Jones Turner and Adeline Harper, in Tennessee.1,2

Addie E. Turner, 29, married George O. Cherry on 6 June 1889 in Davidson County, Tennessee.3

However, there was a marriage of an Addie Turner to T. P. Dennis on 22 Mar 1888 in Coffee County, Tennessee.4

On 16 Nov 1890, an Addie Turner married George Helenboldt in Knox County, Tennessee. This does not work because there was a child of this marriage and Addie is reported not to have borne children.5

Finally, an Addie Turner married Stephen Hart on 17 Feb 1886 in Shelby County, Tennessee.6

In the 1900 census, Addie is listed as widowed, but with the Turner surname. There are multiple marriages in Tennessee, but none in Sumner County. Any one of these marriages could have been hers. The most likely one was of an Addie E. Turner to George O. Cherry on 6 Jun 1889 in Davidson County, Tennessee.3

I cannot find a death record for her as of 12 Dec 2016.
