William Scott Turner was born in November 1852, son of William Turner and Judith Chick, in Kentucky.6

William Scott Turner married Eliza Jane Ragland. I cannot find a marriage record for this couple anywhere as of 26 Dec 2016. All I could find was a marriage record for a child, Louis O. Turner, son of Eliza Ragland and W S Turner in Illinois. Louis was born c 1891, but he does not show up on the 1910 census with the couple so I'm dubious about this record.7,8

William Scott Turner married Mary Ann Oliver. I cannot find a marriage for them anywhere in the United States as of 7 Oct 2019.6

William Scott Turner, 50, married Nancy T. Colman, 43, daughter of William Cohron and Lucy Barnett, on 24 June 1903 in Morgantown, Butler County, Kentucky.9,4

William Scott Turner died on 15 March 1923 at age 70 in Logan County, Kentucky,10 and was buried in Homer Cemetery, Russellville, Logan County, Kentucky. "At the time of his death the weather caused the roads to be so bad that he could not be buried at Ragland Cemetery with his parents and Eliza so he was buried in Homer by his son Dolph."10

James came back and built a barn that know stands on the old Fishback place and bought grandmother a new sewing machine ( I have this sewing machine I use it for a night stand next to my bed my father refinished it and I now have it.)
