Thomas Turner was born in 1828, son of Terisha Turner and Susan Foster.1
He also is reported to have been born circa 1822 in Virginia.3

Thomas married Ann Elizabeth Knight in 1853. I cannot find a marriage record for them as of 5 Sep 2020, but that is not uncommon if they married in Virginia.1

On 7 December 1861, Thomas Turner, administrator of the estate of Terrisha Turner deceased, came to Court in Pike County, Missouri, to make a final settlement of this estate.      His estate was probated on 20 February 1869 in Pike County, Missouri.4

On 24 February 1869, Ann E. Turner was bonded in order to administer the estate of Thomas Turner, deceased in Pike County, Missouri.4

On 9 April 1869, Thomas Turner appointed George F. Turner his true and lawful attorney enabling him to transact Thomas' business generally to sue and collect on all my unfinished business and to do all other things that may be necessary to the winding up and settling my business.5

Thomas Turner died in 1869. I do not understand probate being granted in Feb 1869 with Thomas appointing George to wind up his affairs on 9 Apr 1869???1,6

I am unsure if this is the Thomas Andrew Turner who died in 1869 and was buried in Eolia Cemetery, Eolia, Pike County, Missouri, but it seems logical.6

Ann Elizabeth Knight was born circa 1823 in Virginia.2
She also is reported to have been born in 1830 in Albemarle County, Virginia.3

Ann married Thomas Turner, son of Terisha Turner and Susan Foster, in 1853. I cannot find a marriage record for them as of 5 Sep 2020, but that is not uncommon if they married in Virginia.1

On 20 February 1869, Ann E. Turner, administratrix of the Estate of Thomas Turner deceased, swore to the best of her knowledge that she (his widow), Charles Turner, Lena Lee Turner, Etta Bell Turner and Mary Knight Turner his children, all residents of Pike County are the only heirs of Thomas Turner deceased who did not leave a will.4

On 24 February 1869, Ann E. Turner was bonded in order to administer the estate of Thomas Turner, deceased at Pike County, Missouri.4

Ann Elizabeth Turner died in 18823 and was buried in Greenleaf Cemetery, Brownwood, Brown County, Texas.3

Lumaga Vaughn was born between 1794 and 1800. If she was, indeed, the woman in the 1820 census, she was between the ages of 26 and 44 then which would make her born between 1776 and 1794. Given that her husband was between 16 and 26, I seriously doubt she was considerably older than he. My best guess is a year of birth c1800.2 She was also known as Lumega.3

Lumaga and Rives Turner obtained a marriage bond on 25 March 1817 in Granville County, North Carolina, with John Wiggins as bondsman and Samuel Sneed as witness.4,5,6

George and Elizabeth lived at Crittenden County, Arkansas, after the marriage where he was a farmer. Because I absolutely cannot locate them anywhere in Arkansas in the 1850 census, I doubt this.3
