Nancy married Lewis Gregory on 22 August 1805 in Amherst County, Virginia, with Rev. Wm. P. Martin officiating.3,5

In 1810, I may have located them in the 1810 census in Pendleton County, Kentucky with one free white male under 10; one free white male 26 thru 44 (Lewis?); two free white females under 10 and one free white female 16 thru 25 (Nancy?).6

In 1820, there were a total of six Lewis Gregorys enumerated: two in Connecticut, one in Georgia, one in Kentucky, one in North Carolina and one in Mississippi. It is impossible to determine if he'd died prior to 1820 or moved further south.

On 15 June 1820, she is named Nancy Grigory (sic) in her father's will of this date and received only $5. However, in a codicil made the same day, he gives $300 each to her daughters, Harriet and Harrieann Gregory.2
