Given Name of This London Daughter

I suspect the history book got her given name slightly wrong when they called her Parthenia J. I believe her husband was Berry Belcher and she was really Permelia B. London Belcher as enumerated immediately adjacent to Napoleon W. London (her brother) in Londons District, Butler County, Kentucky on 22 Jun 1880. Permelia and Littleberry are recorded as having a daughter, Parthena.

Permelia B was born in Tennessee c 1842 (38 in the census). Berry was 45 (b. c1835). Their children were: Laura B. age 13; Mace B. (dau), 11; Julia F., 9; Moses, 6; and Parthena, age 3. All of the children were born in Kentucky.

There was a Permelia Biggers Belcher, but she died in 1877 according to Find A Grave.1
Permelia B. London was born circa 1842, daughter of Martin London and Nancy R. Eades, in Tennessee.1
Permelia B. also is reported to have been born on 22 June 1840 in Kentucky.3 She was also known as Parthenia J.2

Permelia B. London married Littleberry Belcher. I cannot find a marriage record for them as of 28 Mar 2017.2

Permelia B. Belcher died on 30 June 1884 in Kentucky,3 and was buried in Tyree London Cemetery, Turnertown, Butler County, Kentucky.3
