     James Arrington married Ann Willis.1

     James Arrington left a will dated on 21 December 1807 in Warren County, North Carolina. He names his daughters Elizabeth Marshall and Martha Smith; wife, Ann; daughters Mary Southall, Nancy Culpepper; and sons: Willis, James, Henry. Also, Mary Anne J. Blount, daughter of Joseph Blount, deceased) the part that would be coming to Martha Smith, provided she lives to come of age. He named his sons Willis, James and Henry as executors. The will was witnessed by Wm. Burt, Sr., and William Stokes.2
