     On 17 June 1904, He names his wife, Martha; his stepdaughter Luella Savage; his six living children: Frank Dickerson, Charles Dickerson, Elmira Russell, Anna Saunders, Mellissa Derrick (?) and Eva Conrad; and the children of his deceased daughter Laura Elliott, unnamed in will the named in the probate petition as: William Elliott, Bessie Elliott, Robert D. Elliott and Clyde Elliott. He requested the Judge of County Court in Umatilla County appoint an executor giving preference to the named children. in Umatilla County, Oregon.3
