     James Chandler was born circa 1837 in Kentucky.1

     James Chandler married Missouri E. W. Turner, daughter of Lorenzo D. Turner and Mary C. Hamblett. I cannot find a marriage record for them as of 30 Nov 2020.1

     According to his memorial page, he served in the US Army (Union) during the Civil War.2

     James Chandler died on 7 January 18622 and was buried in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, Lemay, St. Louis County, Missouri.2
