Harry Randolph Millner was born on 26 February 1890 in Whiteside, Lincoln County, Missouri.2
He also is reported to have been born circa 1892 in Missouri.3

Harry and Russie Allene Carver obtained a marriage license on 9 August 1911 in Pike County, Missouri.1

Harry Randolph Millner, 21, married Russie Allene Carver, 18, daughter of Warren W. Carver and Wilella M. Mackey, on 10 August 1911 in Clarksville, Pike County, Missouri, with Edward L. Rutledge, Minister of the Gospel, officiating.1

Harry registered for the draft on 5 June 1917 at Paynesville, Pike County, Missouri. He was 26 years of age with a wife and child. He is described as being of medium height and build with grey eyes and brown hair.

Due to a need for men to serve during World War I, the United States instituted a draft. Obviously, not everyone who was registered for the draft was drafted or served in the military.

The first registration was for men between the ages of 21 and 31 (men born between 5 Jun 1886 and 5 Jun 1896), meaning he had to register.2

Harry Randolph Millner died on 23 April 1956 at age 664 and was buried in Elsberry City Cemetery, Elsberry, Lincoln County, Missouri.4
