     Mathew Reynolds Turner was born on 5 December 1884, son of John Calhoun Turner and Martha Lee Givens, in Paynesville, Pike County, Missouri.1 He was also known as Reynolds.2

     On 20 March 1896, Martha Lee Turner, in her will, names her sons: M. Reynolds Turner, Harry Turner and Reynolds Turner (?); and daughters: Kate Turner Smith, Mattie, Blanch and Ruby. She also names her "feeble-minded" daughter, Lillian B. Turner, with daughter Kate as her trustee. She appointed her son-in-law L. E. Mayhall as executor in Pike County, Missouri.3

     Reynolds, 30, married Louise Olin on 13 November 1915 in Toole County, Montana. Her mother gave consent to their marriage.4

     Mathew Reynolds Turner died on 1 August 1951 at age 66 in Shelby, Toole County, Montana,1 and was buried in Mountain View Cemetery, Shelby, Toole County, Montana.5

     Louise married Reynolds Turner, 30, son of John Calhoun Turner and Martha Lee Givens, on 13 November 1915 in Toole County, Montana. Her mother gave consent to their marriage.1

     In 1953, she married Robert Thornton. I suspect this is the Robert R. Thornton (1888-1978) who was buried in Valley View Cemetery, Shelby, Toole County, Montana.2,3

     Louise Thornton died on 13 October 19902 and was buried in Mountain View Cemetery, Shelby, Toole County, Montana.4

     Harry Eugene Turner was born on 6 September 1918, son of Mathew Reynolds Turner and Louise Olin, in Montana.1,4

     He married Phyllis Turner Winscott (1921-2009) who married (--?--) Howell after Harry's death. I cannot find a marriage record for Phyllis and Harry as of 20 Mar 2021.2

     Harry registered for the draft on 16 October 1940 at Ferdig, Toole County, Montana. He was 22 years of age and is described as being 5' 11" in height, 155 pounds with blue eyes, brown hair and a ruddy complexion.

     The Selective Training and Service Act of 1940, also known as the Burke–Wadsworth Act, enacted September 16, 1940, was the first peacetime conscription in United States history. The Selective Service Act required that men who had reached their 21st birthday but had not yet reached their 36th birthday register with local draft boards. Later, when the U.S. entered World War II after Pearl Harbor, all men from their 18th birthday until the day before their 45th birthday were made subject to military service, and all men from their 18th birthday until the day before their 65th birthday were required to register.5

     Harry Eugene Turner began military service on 19 February 1941 by enlisting in the United States Army for World War II.6

     He performed his Military Service by serving as a TEC 3, U. S. Army during World War II.2

     He ended military service on 1 November 1945 at Camp Crowder, Missouri.5

     Harry Eugene Turner died on 5 September 1994 at age 75 in Polk County, Florida,4 and was buried in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Sumter County, Florida.2

     Richard Franklin Wells was born on 19 November 1851, son of George Andrew Wells and Henrietta Louisa Turner, in Pleasant Hill, Pike County, Illinois.4,3

     Richard, 21, married Emily Arathusa Collins, 22, on 19 October 1873 in Polk County, Oregon.2

     Richard, 36, married Harriet E. Claggett, 21, on 17 October 1888.2

     On 14 April 1900, George A Wells, in his will of this date, named his son, George A. Wells Jr as executor. He named his wife, Henretta L. Wells and his children: sons: R. F. Wells; William L. Wells; Commodore P. Wells; George A. Wells Jr; and John E. Wells; daughters: Mary S. Bevens; Sarah E. Collins; and Emma J. Ground. in Polk County, Oregon.1 Richard Franklin Wells witnessed the marriage of his daughter, William Frederick Willet and Mabel Emily Wells on 14 April 1904 at Modesto, Stanislaus County, California.5,6

     On 31 January 1918, he applied for a passport in San Francisco County, California on which he said his occupation was real estate and that he was going to Panama on business leaving from the port of New Orleans on board United Fruit Company Steamship.3

     Richard Franklin Wells died on 17 August 1938 at age 862 and was buried in Buena Vista Cemetery, Buena Vista, Polk County, Oregon.2

     On 20 August 1938, the obituary of Richard Franklin Wells was published:
     R.F. Wells Passes In San Francisco
     R. F. Wells, 87, formerly of the Buena Vista District near Independence, died Friday in a San Francisco hospital. The funeral was to be held today in that city, and burial will be Monday afternoon in the Buena Vista cemetery with Independence Odd Fellos in charge.

     He leaves a widow, Hattie Wells of San Francisco; two sons, Frank Wells of Glendale, Calif., and Fred A. Wells of Salem; a daughter, Mabel Willet of Oakland, Calif., and three brothers, J. E. Wells of Portland and W. L. Wells of Halsey and C. P. Wells of Salem."5

     Sarah Elisabeth Wells was born on 13 September 1855, daughter of George Andrew Wells and Henrietta Louisa Turner, in Oregon.3,2

     Sarah, 18, married Alexander Hughes Collins, 26, on 6 November 1873 in Dallas, Polk County, Oregon.2

     On 14 April 1900, George A Wells, in his will of this date, named his son, George A. Wells Jr as executor. He named his wife, Henretta L. Wells and his children: sons: R. F. Wells; William L. Wells; Commodore P. Wells; George A. Wells Jr; and John E. Wells; daughters: Mary S. Bevens; Sarah E. Collins; and Emma J. Ground. in Polk County, Oregon.1

     Sarah Elisabeth Collins died on 5 March 1934 at age 782 and was buried in Dallas Cemetery, Dallas, Polk County, Oregon.2
