Obviously, the earlier dates were entered by her with the following notation: "Lucy P. Hamner was born in Oglethorpe County Ga and came with her parents to Tuskaloosa Co, Ala in Nov 1819 where she still lives with her daughter (my mother) M. A. H. Spencer within 2 miles of the place she was married 73 years ago this the 11 of Jun 1889."
